Stephen Vincent
MANAGING PARTNER
I founded Vincent & Co in 1985; I did this to help clients understand their tax positions and to help people to develop their businesses. There have been so many changes to the profession since I started, if you have time, I could bore you for hours! Whilst compliance is a major part of accountancy these days, very little was around when I started. I still love being able to share the skills we have with clients wanting to understand their tax positions and develop their businesses. I love playing golf (very poorly) and enjoy watching sports of all kinds. I am very interested in ancient culture, particularly Egyptology, and human/creation origins.
Hollie Saxton
ASSOCIATE PARTNER
Hi, my name is Hollie. I am AAT qualified and the associate partner at Vincent & Co. I joined the team in 2009 and have gained tremendous experience in a wide range of accountancy and taxation matters. I thoroughly enjoy the variety and derive satisfaction from seeing the benefits our skills bring to our clients. I was born and raised in Devon, moved to Wales for 4 years, and have now seen the light and returned to Devon! Outside of work, I am dedicated to raising my two young children and exploring the great outdoors with them. We love paddle boarding, or just about anything close to the sea! I love being at Vincent & Co, we have a wide variety of clients which means I get to meet and help so many different people. Never a boring day at the office!
Charlotte Hunt
TAX SENIOR
Hello, I’m Charlotte! I joined at Vincent & Co in March 2024 and have 14 years of experience working within the accountancy sector.
I prepare tax returns for a variety of clients . Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children exploring the local area and going camping in our camper van. I love to keep fit and am part of a local running club and I am also involved in my local rowing club.

Hello, I’m Sharna! I joined Vincent & Co in December 2023 and have worked in the accountancy sector for around 7 years. I also run my own business online selling vintage clothing.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, crafting and reading. I also like all different sports but can usually be found watching them rather than playing them!

Hi, I am Emma, I joined at Vincent & Co in early 2023. I come from a banking background and also run my own company. I have always loved the world of business; and enjoy meeting our new clients and working on various projects. My favourite thing about working here is being part of a close knit team.
Outside of work, I love the sea and am often swimming or surfing.
Lisa Parrott
PAYROLL AND BOOKKEEPING MANAGER
Hello, I’m Lisa! I joined at Vincent & Co in early 2023 and have 16 years of experience working within the accountancy sector.
I do book-keeping and payroll for a variety of clients, ranging from farmers to fishermen, restaurants to property management companies. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my son and partner, wild swimming in the sea, and making the most of our amazing local beaches and moorland. I also enjoy reading and weekends away in our VW T5. I am involved in my local agricultural society, stewarding the equine classes in our annual show

Hi, my name is Remy. I joined the accounts team at Vincent & Co, in 2017 after 25 years working as a credit controller for a local Motor Factor Company. At Vincent & Co I do mostly bookkeeping jobs for our clients.
Outside of work, I love travelling and exploring new places.

Hello, my name is Monika. I joined Vincent & Co in May 2023 after I finished my Level 3 AAT Advanced Diploma in Accounting. In my current role, I do a variety of work including preparing company accounts and bookkeeping. I enjoy working at Vincent and Co as there is so much variety each day!
Outside of work, I love travelling and exploring new places with my family especially in our camper van. I also love reading.

Hello! My name is George and I am the office dog. I will be the very first smiling face you see when entering the office. I love meeting new people; every day is different and equally so very exciting! I provide support and entertainment to the team. My hobbies include walking, especially at the beach where I can run for miles! I also enjoy chasing my tail and stealing the odd sock when I can. I look forward to greeting you in our office soon!
